Michael Rubino is the co-founder and chair of Change the Air Foundation, a non-profit giving every person the knowledge, resources, and support to achieve better health by breathing safe indoor air. In this edition of Sunday Conversations with MassME, Michael discussed air quality, mold, bacteria, symptoms of living with water damage, tests for mold and air quality, and the steps we can take to make our homes safer.

Bio: Michael Rubino is a Certified Microbial Remediation Supervisor, the highest certification for microbial remediation at the American Council for Accredited Certification, requiring 10 years of documented field experience. His is the author of The Mold Medic: An Expert’s Guide on Mold Removal. He has founded HomeCleanse, an organization dedicated to bridging the gap between our health and our homes. Finally, he is co-founder and chair of Change the Air Foundation, with a personal mission of helping 100 million people end all suffering from environmental exposures by the year 2030.
